The c655-S5505 is at the link I provided.

    Over 70 downloads.

Select your OS and grab what you think you need.

You may not need any of them, but get them while you can.

It's possible your Toshiba Recovery partition may still run if you want to back up your files and try running it now: Toshiba HDD Recovery Utility. See the section Using Toshiba HDD Recovery Utility from the recovery partition.

If it doesn't work then you can use
Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to delete all partitions during install, then just click Next and let the installer create and format one large install partition for you - unless you have another idea.

Keep to the steps and you'll get and maintain a perfect clean reinstall.

Don't worry about the Toshiba bloatware and utilities as there's nothing you'd need that isn't on the Toshiba Support Downloads webpage which was linked for you, and I'd wait to see if you need even that.
