Master Boot Record needed from one HDD to another

I've recently installed a Vertex 4 in my computer and along with that, my old primary HDD started to fail - So I copied all that I needed and formatted it in windows 7 via disk-management.
Earlier today I wanted to remove it from my PC, because I had no use for it but when I did, windows would not boot. I was told that it was because the MBR was stored on my "old" primary HDD and that I needed to run a Repair from the Win7-DVD, but the DVD is ofcource outdated and this would force me to reinstall Windows all over which is really the last resort I want to deal with.

Is there anything else I can do to fix it?

Here's s Pr Sc of my Disk Management. Note that instead of my "Care-Disk" which is the broken one MBR on it, i'll plug in 2x500GB HDD's. The only reason I did not is because I need the SATA-cable from the "Care-Disk"

Mark the SSD partition Active: Partition - Mark as Active

Power down to unplug the unneeded Care Disk in Disk0 and swap it's cable to the SSD if possible, making sure the SSD remains set first HD to boot in BIOS setup. It's always best to have your OS in Disk0, or SATA1.

Now boot into Win7 DVD or System Repair Disk to run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times until SSD partition holds the System Active Boot flags.

Make sure no other partitions are marked Active except the OS partition or its 100mb System Reserved boot partition if you have it.
