Do you have a COA sticker attached to the machine with a readable Product Key, as is required under law to sell preinstalled Win7?

This is all you need together with these tools, steps and methods to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Please click Edit on your post above to highlight all of the msdiag report then click the # on the toolbar above to put it in a quote box so it doesn't distort our browsers.

It looks like that is a retail installation which is unusual if it came preinstalled upon the PC, since a factory or builder's OEM copy is so much cheaper than full retail. Did you perchance buy a copy of Win7 to install upon it? There should be some documentation with a COA sticker showing that it's authentic.

However since it doesn't look like a bootleg copy from the PID, I suggest you run Belarc Advisor to audit the entire Product Key to use for reinstall.

Before reinstalling save a Win7 backup image of your existing OS: Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup or free Macrium - Image your system

Then follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which are the same for retail.
