    I doubt if it would solve the issue, but the Nvidia Downloads website will scan your mobo for the latest.

    You'll have a System Restore point if it goes unbootable, the ability to Roll back driver on Device>Update Driver tab, or choose a previously-installed driver at any time in Device Manger>Display>Update Driver>Browse>Let Me Choose.

    Do you have a dump file to upload for analysis in Crashes forum?
