    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

Well, I don't quite know how you managed it, but you've totally messed up your hard drive.

You haven't given us your system specifications and we don't know whether you are using a factory-installed copy of Windows or a retail copy of Windows.

Do you have any recovery discs or a Windows DVD?

The first thing to mention is that your hard drive can have no more than four primary partitions. One of those partitions can be used to create logical partitions if needed.

Looking at your current drive structure, you need to delete the logical drive D then move the System Reserved partition and the C drive to the beginning of Drive 0. You then need to delete the E partition, and then extend the C drive to take up the resulting unallocated space.

The best way of doing this is to use Partition Wizard, which you boot into to carry out your disk management, apply the changes, and then boot back into Windows when you're done, as this tutorial explains.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by a one-month activation pack, but I think your best course of action is to wipe your hard drive and clean install Windows 7.

    Clean Install Windows 7

Do you have a product key for activation purposes?

There is no 1 month Win7 license. How do you plan to permanently activate Win7? Once you know this then can help you get it installed.

Otherwise you'll need to go back to XP until you can buy Win7. Do you have the XP installer or Recovery disks which you made when you got your computer, or which came with it?
