In BIOS, make sure that USB drive is first in boot order, then insert windows 7 USB

    Boot from the USB
    Click Install Now
    Accept License Agreement
When the option is displayed to select an installation type, click (Custom Advanced)
    Click Drive Options
Select each drive/s click Delete (this will delete the existence of Ubuntu and Grub on the computer)
    Click New
    Click Apply
    Click OK
Click Format and click Next to proceed with the installation

This process assumes you are trying to replace the OS, not dual boot.

Illustrated steps here to Clean Install Windows 7.

Be sure to boot the installer, use Custom>Drive options to delete all partitions, then just click Next for installer to create and format your Install partition and begin install.
