    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

Windows doesn't see the CD/DVD-ROM drive and is asking you to install the required drivers for the drive before you proceed any further.

If this proves to be difficult you can create a USB installer instead, as explained in this tutorial.

I can't see the picture, but it sounds like the error message from a corrupt copy of the installation DVD.

You might try creating a new copy, burning from the ISO at a relatively low speed (like 4X). If your burner can verify the burn (may take longer than the burn itself), that'd be a good idea.

Installing it from a USB key drive is an even better idea. 4GB flash drives are getting to be jellybeans here in the US (<$10), but that may not apply elsewhere.

Where did you get Win7? How was it burned to DVD?

Confirm the ISO or download another and burn DVD using ImgBurn or write to flash stick using trial version of UltraISO Software To Create Bootable USB Flash Drive.

What motherboard do you have? You need to fill out your system specs so we know what hardware you use. Without that information, we can't give you the help you need.

Instructions on how to do that are contained in my signature.
