Boot Problems
Hey

In the future unplug the other HD when installing, then use the BIOS Boot order and Boot Menu key to choose which HD to boot.
To repair this make sure Win7 HD is set first to boot in BIOS setup, then boot into Win7 DVD or System Repair Disk to Mark Win7 Partition Active then run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times..
If this fails unplug XP HD, make sure WIn7 HD remains first to boot and try again.
Afterwards plug back in the XP HD to make sure it doesn't interfere. If so wipe it with Diskpart Clean Command. Post back a screenshot of your maximized Disk Mgmt drive map and listings so we can check it over for you.
Good work. You can mark the thread Solved at top.
