You could have partitioned with PW. It likely needed the existing ones deleted then recreated which is best during any reinstall.

No I tied multiple times partitioning the drive with PW and trying to install windows but it never worked. Plus I also tried multiple times to delete the partitions inside PW to make the disc unallocated and do the install that way but that also never worked until this last time. I think it must have had something to do with either unplugging the drive and plugging it back in or the disk check by PW except it never fixed any errors. Just plain weird especially DiskPart not seeing my drive.
Could also be failing or badly connected cables or drive.
I guess but it is a new drive, possibly it was a loose connection on the drive as I never checked everything to make sure it was all tight connections when I first got the computer. Thanks again.
