To preserve your System Recovery Options hotlink on the F8 Advanced Boot Options,
write the System boot files to C by Marking Partition Active then running Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.

Note that you'll not be able to use Bitlocker again without it's partition, so include it if you think you might need it. Or you can later build a 100mb System Reserved partition with our help.

This will allow you to delete the Bitlocker System partition and transfer C to SSD. SSD - Install and transfer the Operating System
So if i have it right, i need to move the bootmgr from BDE partition to C?
and thenpreserve my system reocery option hotlink on the F8 advanced boot option?
and then try the migrataion again or i have the steps all messed up??

if so could you please give me a step-step approch ?

THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL
The steps I gave you will move the System boot files to C while preserving your Repair options on the F8 menu:

    1) Mark Win7 (C) Partition Active

    2) Power down to Unplug the other HD, then at boot enter BIOS setup to make sure Win7 HD is set first HD to boot in BIOS setup, after DVD drive.

    3) Boot Win7 DVD System Recovery Options to run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times until Win7 starts on its own and C holds the System boot files.

    4) In Win7 Disk Management you can delete the Bitlocker partition.

    5) Plug back in the other HD, boot any other OS as needed by using the one-time BIOS Boot Menu key at boot. When ready to get rid of any remaining OS, move the data off to wipe the HD using Diskpart Clean Command before repartitioning in Disk Mgmt: Partition or Volume - Create New .
Sorry for asking a million questions, but i want to be extra careful as this is my work laptop and i do not want to screw this over (its too slow for me compared to my mac i have used at other company, recently joined new company and they gave us win7 lenovo t520)...

so here is what i am going to do,
    1- mark C partion Active
2- Power down and make sure my boot order is DVD then Win 7 HD (C drive)

question with regrads to point#2, you said "power down to unplug the other HD"...what other HD you talking about? The SSD ?? if so i do not have that pluged in

3 - boot win7 repair disk (run 3 separate time) until win 7 start on its own and C holds system boot files

question on point#3, how would i find out the system boot files are on C drive ?? can i do this while inside recovery disk or have to get into actual windows and go to disk management?

    4 - delete BDE partition..

    5 - SO LOST HERE....

For point #5, as i have gotten ride of BDE drive, can i make a system image backup (on my external drive) and power it down and remove the old HHD and plug my new SSD and i try to restore it here or ??

i am very thankful to you guys...

Backup your files and a Win7 backup image externally.

If you have no other HD's or peripherals attached then don't concern yourself with that. Mark Win7 partition Active then run Startup Repair 3 separate times with reboots until Win7 starts on its own.

You'll know Win7 holds the SYstem boot files when it is labeled System Active in Disk Mgmt or a partition manager.

Only after you confirm this should you delete the BDE partition.

You can then save a new Win7 backup image using the app of your choice. You don't say what app you're using but there is an excellent one which allows you to choose what you want to transfer in the image here: SSD - Install and transfer the Operating System

The premium Acronis imaging/cloning app which comes free with any WD or Seagate HD in the mix is also very good, with an easy to understand Manual on the Download page.
