    That's the space that's used now. You thought it was empty, because no files yet?

    The index is on it. In the index is something like block 1 unused, block 2 unused etc. Quite normal.

    press apply and install win7

    i did apply and put DVD Windows 7 install and goto install and select drive C for install 70gb and active partiton. and finished install for first time and restart it automatic.. but for second time don't go install and it's stop on

    Press any key to boot from CD or DVD .... it's now here why?

    i goto to bios and select hard disk for boot. F10 and exit and when boot from hard disk i get this error:

    A disk read error occurred
    Press Cntrl+Alt+Del to restart

    you installed from dvd on 70GB partition. That succeeded without errors? remove dvd and boot from harddisk. what happens?

    did you set sata to ahci in bios prior to install?

    Do this How to Check File System? Partition Wizard Video Help.
    first "check only" . any errors found? if found try to fix them

    yes it's active. partition 70gb is active and it's 70mb used
