can you tell me startup repair disk. my old windows was home premium 64bit genius. how I can repair it with disk?

karlsnooks startup repair need windows 7! i can't load windows 7. still have error:

oxc000000e Boot failed-required device is inaccessible (Windows 7)

Kaktussoft i haven't DVD genius windows 7 home permium. i tried with windows ultimate for recovery but told me it's not windows DVD.

also i have trying recovery my files that tell us delete some it by GetDataBack with hirron cd (mini windows xp) i just access to windows with this program hirron cd!!

Can't you get in recovery environment from win7 install dvd??? Give exact error message

You won't see a system tag unless you are booted into the os.

Still, Greg has the best idea - try booting any windows 7 disc (same bit version you have installed) and run startup repair a few times.

So you entered "Recovery Environment" from win7 install dvd.
Did it scan for installed win7 versions? It should have done that. You saw only one? It was listed as "Windows 7 home premium (C:)" or something like that. Was it realy C: that was listed? Or D: ?

In recovery environment goto "command prompt" now do

diskpart
list vol
list disk
exit
what volumes do you see (not interested in DVD)?
how many disks?
