    Long time installed window 7 and vista too


    Hiya

    I got two laptop problem.

    One laptop took long time to installed but it took me all day yesterday and nothing change at all.

    Another laptop (vista) same as another laptop but it keep crash but I need put both laptop fresh installed but both seem long time installed....

    So what should I do. Both is vista and window 7.

    I did boot by cd drive then waiting for installed but long long long time...nothing happened??

    What have I done?

    Any help will be great

    Where did you get Win7? Did it come preinstalled on the machine? If so is there a COA sticker with Product Key on each machine? If not how do you plan to activate Win7?

Hello, I have started my problem in another forum. This is a link to it so you can catch up on the problem and see what i have tried and what i have not. I am moving to this forum as i think this will be a better place for it and i might get more replys.

Why is this. Like 10 minutes plus and it still says recycling. It should only take a second. Is it bad to let it continue at its own pace or should I restart the PC and try it again?
Before I throw up my hands in horror and kiss the MacBook Pro can anyone shed any light on my upgrade from Vista to 7 ( Ultimate ) ? Ignoring all the sane advice to do a clean install.....50 apps to reinstall....couldnt face it I opted for an upgrade. 1. Ran CHKDSK on all OS & Applications...
