Yes I followed as much as possible... Same problems, windows won't install drivers (errors 10,30,31) 008 errors on some updates, no option in windows update for hardware and will not allow me to change product key. I used the COA key during install and again (changed product key) but still shows OEM key. No graphics card,motherboard reader sound device just few missing but device manager also non functional. All tests scans good no errors.

there is No as much as possible. That is like saying Almost pregnant. Follow ALL of the instructions. Which is basically erase the drive completely and reinstall clean.
