Please post back a screenshot of your maximized Disk management drive map with listings, using Snipping Tool in Start Menu.

Establish a Clean boot as shown in these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7, check the logs for repeat errors, utilize System Resources given to find solutions to problems.

There are two 931 gb HD's showing which are not initialized. Are these a former RAID array? Try unplugging them to see if they are interfering with boot. What is the SATA controller setting in BIOS setup?

There's also another Seagate (J) which is marked Active. What is this drive? If it isn't used to boot at all then mark it Inactive: Partition - Mark as Inactive - Windows 7 Forums

Post back the results of working through all of these and the steps from my other post, then there will be more if necessary based on what you find.

I asked you if these are a former RAID array. What do you plan to use these HD's for?

if they are indeed empty as shown then plug them in and wipe each with Diskpart Clean Command to overwrite their boot sectors which likely have interfering code.

To use for data, format them in Disk Mgmt as Logical drives so they cannot accidentally be marked Active to interfere again: Partition / Extended : Logical Drives - Windows 7 Forums

One should be able to be wiped since its doubtful both have failed.

Test the failing HD with maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan which can repair some problems. Then try wiping it again with Quick Erase option on CD.

Then format a full disk NTFS partition in Disk Management, give it a drive letter and run Disk Check.
