    Yes you will for Windows 7.

    Then I most likely won't install Windows 7, at least until they make an Italian version

I am about to receive a new PC that will have a Spanish version Win 7 Home Premium. If I install that version and then buy an English version Ultimate Upgrade will that install and change the language to English? Or would I have to buy the Spanish upgrade and then get the language packs? Ken.
