Sounds like a mess. I can't even tell from your description if you actually burned the Recovery Disks using the OEM's program to do so. That's all I was asking.

The EasyBCD output is very unusual and not at all correct. You have no OS listed but just Setup. I would rebuild your BCD from Repair tab on EasyBCD, choosing Recreate/Repair BCD. If this fails to correctly show the OS in list then boot DVD or Repair CD to run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.
