Reinstall Windows 7 64 bit Professional

I want to reinstall windows 7 but keep the same files, settings and programs.

I need to reinstall the system files as I am having a couple of issues of which I haven't found a solution.

My current operating system is windows 7 64 bit Professional.

My disc that I have is windows 7 64 bit Professional aswell.

Is it possible to do this?

Make sure the installer you have is SP1. If not you can find one in the tutorial in the blue link above.
