Clean install issue, no options available after files load

I'm trying to do a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I boot from my CD drive, Windows loads the files and then the blue background comes up but there is nothing to click on. Does anyone know what's up?

Basically I get to step 3 here but have nothing to click on to continue.

Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD (not CD) yourself? Try burning another using ImgBurn at 4x speed with Verify.
