You need to run the Bootsect.exe /nt60 command, but you need the Install DVD to do that.

    Bootsect Command-Line Options

Download Windows 7 ISO (Official 32-bit and 64-bit Direct Download Links) « My Digital Life

There may be some option to put it on a flash drive if you do not have an external DVD.

You can write the WIn7 installer to flash stick from the link in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot.

Then follow the steps given in the tutorial to Mark Win7 Partition Active then run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.

This assures the System Recovery Options are written to the F8 Advanced Boot Options which is not completed along with multiple other fixes and tests unless up to 3 separate Startup Repairs are run.
