is it possible to convert Window 7 x86 installation files to x64? If possible, how to that?

It isn't possible, for the very same reason you can't convert Vista to Windows 7. You are talking about completely different files. The x64 ISO file is also about 1 GB larger than the x86 version, so that alone tells you it isn't possible.
