Okay the files copied successfully via the Windows 7 USB/DVD Tool
But, I got another message, at the end of the last step it gave a message saying:

Files copied successfully. However, we were unable to run bootsect to make the USB device bootable.
If you need assistance with bootsect, please click the "Online Help" link above for more information.

    Now what?

Also, Im doing all this on a Windows Vista SP2 32bit laptop

    Hi,

Did you format the USB flash drive to FAT32 before you ran the tool? if not, format it from within Windows Explorer, then run the tool again.

Yes, before I ran the tool, I formatted the drive using the defaults which was FAT32
After that I ran the tool and all was fine until I got that message

No, the link directed you to the Microsoft Support page, it didn't list anything about the problem
Although I did search the problem
Creating 64bit install USB from 32bit W7 OS
This seems to suggest its happening because Im creating the USB on a 32bit computer for a 64bit computer
    Not sure though

I still had my USB in the computer though, do I take it out?
