I've installed my OS twice, deleted the wrong one, and low on space!

    ok, i did the clean reset thing you sent me and now my computer is doing the dual option thing at start up....

    yes. it was the only option is gave me. ughhhh!!!!!!!! it didn't even ask me for a windows 7 activation code thing...

    Are you booting the Windows 7 installation DVD for the install?

    I put the cd in, restarted the computer and at the dell logo screen pressed f12 for boot options. Then i clicked on the cd/dvd option to boot from... is this wrong?

    If i do it the way i just posted to you, it brings me to the same thing as far as booting from the cd.

    That's why I kept asking if you have an actual Windows 7 installation DVD, not one that says Dell on it, is that all you have?
