    ASUS U56E-BAL7 Preload Wizard inquiries

Hello, I must first preface this post by saying I'm not a computer wiz, so take it easy on me!

I was interested in restoring my ASUS US6E-BAL7 to factory defaults. I've done quite a bit of research via Google on how to do this on ASUS computers. By using the [F9] method on ASUS logo when booting, I am prompted to a program called ASUS Preload Wizard, which gives me 3 options:

Recover Windows to first partition only
    Recover Windows to entire HD
Recover Windows to entire HD with two partitions

After doing a bit of research, I felt it best to choose option two. However, there are a few things I would like to be sure of before I proceed with the process:

Does the ASUS U56E-BAL7 have it's own recovery partition so that I may go about this process without disks and ENSURE COMPLETELY that my computer will be 'fresh out-of-the-box' status, with all required drivers fully capable of reinstalling themselves, etc? Or is there any indication that I will need to order disks in order to recover?

Has anyone here ever used the ASUS Preload Wizard option without disks, is it possible, etc?
    Thank you!

Have never used Asus notebook but first see if there a Utility to create a Windows install DVD or Thumb drive before you do anything. If there is create either or both.
