When exactly did you get this error? Was it during install? At which step in Clean Install Windows 7

Where did you get WIn7 installer? Did you burn it yourself?

Follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 .

I got error when try clean install, it was installed 7 before but it mess up and must install fresh copy. I was solved yet with set in bios to IDE mode, but I dont understand how this possible, because I install first time normal in default bios settings with ahci mode, but maybe is some problem with DVD (has few scratch) or maybe disk slowly go to hell.

I got one question more, why this 64 versions got some problems with HDD drivers, I se lot of this post on internet but rarely find some clever answer, except AHCI mode.

Try both AHCI and IDE mode.

Check also in BIOS setup if you have an EFI Boot disk in BIOS boot order. Special steps must be taken to install to UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with - Windows 7 Forums.

If not then the main cause for prompting for SATA controller drivers is a bad installer, however if you've just used this installer successfully then you can try supplying the SATA drivers from the chipset on your PC model's Support Downloads webpage. Unzip them then browse into the folder from the installer to add them.

Next try wiping the HD with Diskpart Clean Command from Command Line accessed by pressing Shift + F10 at first screen when booting into installer.

Test your RAM and your HD from note at beginning of Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot
