how do i tell if serial key win 7 basic is 64 or 32bit?

i got a hp all in one and i have to reinstall everything again.
this is the scenario:
new hdd and i have to install 32 or 64.

how can it be? i saw a microsoft partner here selling more expensive OEM version of windows 7 those ones that are 32 & 64 bit.
and cheaper those one that are 32 or 64

Maybe visit the HP website and research the model number for the all in one. Might tell you how that particular model shipped out from the factory for general sale to the public.
