ECS Web Site
Unzip the drivers to DVD, USB card or floppy - or even the HD for a partitioned install.
I tried that. The drivers I need to install are for the motherboard and not the cd or dvd drive. Windows keeps prompting for the cd drivers and won't accept any from the website because they are not actually for the cd drive.
That was my problem I couldn't get them to install. I copied the windows 7 dvd to a hard drive and eliminated that problem but now I'm having IP confilicts with my main computer I had this computer set as 192.168.1.13 but now I have ipv4 and ipv6 and its telling me that its not a valid ipv6 IP. If I take the other computer offline I can get it online.

I have lost any concept that I briefly grasped in regard to what the reported problem is.
Try again.
What is your problem?
Ok I had problems with the install, but got it to work by installing from a hard drive instead of dvd only after doing this did it quit asking for the cd driver when it needed the chipset driver. Now my problem is with an ip conflict on my home network. Windows 7 will connect to the internet but when it does it kocks another computer off. The computers are connected to a router and then to the dsl modem. I can't set up the network as I did before because Windows 7 now has IPv4 and IPv6, IPv6 is a new protocal for me and I'm having trouble setting everything up with the new controls. I tried turning off DHCP and setting the IPs manually but I end up loosing connectivity either way.
