If you cannot get the slipstreaming to work for XP to recognize the HD without BSOD, then I'd Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to install freeware like Virtual Player or VMware, install XP to see how program works.

yesss and it helped a lot it was RIAD ready and i got to format the hard drive but then after that got the blue screen again....dont know what to do. i defiantly know the ISO is fully working
We see nothing but problems here with RAID. You'd need the RAID drivers slipstreamed into the XP CD.
thats what i did....it boots up formats the harddrive and then blue screen while doing so
Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

Hi there
use slipstreaming and tools from here. (Link at bootom of post).
I've used it several times to build XP systems with SP3 and SATA disks. You'll need to slipstream in any case as unless you have a really old machine with only old IDE disks Windows XP install will fail to detect any HDD's and your RAID configuration will probably cause the whole kybosh to fail at boot time anyway.
Read the documentation before you start --but it DOES work.
