Downgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 7 problems

So a few days ago my brand new laptop arrived with windows 8, and shortly I hate it, nothing personal I just prefer windows 7, so for the past couple of days I've been trying to dual boot it with windows 7, the problem is whenever I try to run the setup.exe (I don't have a DVD so I put the iso on a usb) it says insufficient space for temporary files, I did extensive research but no solutions for windows 8, it was usually upgrading from vista or xp where that problem occurred. I tried booting into the setup but for some reason (like my old computer) it refuses to boot from the usb, I changed the boot order so that it always tries to boot into usb but nothing, it just goes straight to windows 8... Please help I really need and want windows 7 back

PS: I read that Windows 8 pro users can downgrade (somehow) but I dont think my version is pro... either way, I just want to install windows 7, help plz

PSS: I would prefer to do it without burning a disk so suggestions other than that would be greatly appreciated!

The best way to do it involves burning your ISO onto DVD. Here is the tutorial that will give you a perfect install.
Clean Install Windows 7 If you don't like Windows 8, I would just format over it and solve any problems that might come with a dual boot.

Is there a reason why I can't boot from my usb?

EDIT: I get this error now after it copies temporary files and starts loading setup: Windows setup experienced an unexpected error. to install restart the installation

Most likely you have a badly written flash stick. Try the official ISO and tool in Steps 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

If this fails post back the exact error message and the step where it fails, as well as a screenshot of your maximixed Disk Mgmt drive map and listings using the Snipping Tool.
