You're welcome. Looking at your system specs, I'd suggest go for Enterprise version.

Ultimate and Enterprise have no differences except activation system, and the fact that default Windows 7 games in Enterprise need to be separately enabled from Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off.

Enterprise is only meant to be used in corporate environment and can only be activated with a MAK key or using KMS. Quote below from http://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/e...tivation.aspx:
    Microsoft said:
With Volume Licensing for products such as Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Office 2010, and Office 2013, you must use Volume Activation (VA). To activate these products with VA, you can use either a Multiple Activation Key (MAK) or Key Management Service (KMS).
As I see it, the only way you could have a legal version of Enterprise is that you work for a company that has volume licencing agreement with Microsoft. If this would be the case you would not need to ask, you would of course use the company provided Enterprise edition.

As a private user any method used to activate Enterprise bypassing volume licencing would be considered as piracy.

Did an OS come preinstalled on your laptop? If so use the Product Key on the COA sticker for your licensed version which you own for the life of the machine. Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Otherwise you need a Product Key to install Ultimate since Enterprise is not a consumer version.

You can use the product key that came with a computer on the same version of the OS that was installed on the machine. If the machine had Home Premium installed, for example, then the key can be used on that machine with Home Premium only. If you wanted to upgrade to Pro or Ultimate, you would either need an upgrade disk with its own product key and the original key or a completely new installation with its own product key.

Ultimate would be the better choice since Enterprise would present licensing challenges. The two versions are essentially the same so why set yourself up for headaches?

With only 1GB of RAM, any version of Windows 7 is going to struggle
