Just made a gaming pc, windows 7 goes to black screen at boot

So my problem is that i get black screen if I play higher graphic needed games I can play for example leauge of legends . but i cant play dota 2 , grid 2 , bf 4 stuff like that Anyone knows what to do? And it goes black screen if i have been playing like 5-7min . It doesn't go instantly.

Hello, windows 7 on my laptop (toshiba sat.) will not boot it goes to the toshiba screen then black with cursor in top left. i cannot go to safe mode or startup repair because when you hold F8 or any other key it just beeps. im trying to keep from trying the factory reset. please help! thanks
