200MB for the boot partition? That is over kill. 100MB itself is overkill.
There's an issue we dealt with a lot early on where Win7 backup imaging couldn't run because there wasn't enough space for a SysVolInfo file needed to be placed on System Reserved. For that reason when System Reserved is desired we suggest 200mb to be extra safe.
However both that issue and the need to ever construct a System Reserved partition has nearly disappeared so it may have been solved in SP1 or a performance update since then, plus there is a lot less panic over System Reserved now with most taking the position that they can take it or leave it, but any time fretting one way or the other is wasted.
