Relocate User folders during Win7 instalation error

I am doing a fresh install on a new system. I followed the directions to use Audit Node to create accounts on another disk. When I entered the commend Sysprep.exe /audit /reboot /unattend:C:\relocate.xml i recieved the following error message: "System Preparation Tool 3.14 Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file [c:\relocate.xml]. The answer file is invalid. The error was detected at line 4 column 1 of the answer file." I checked relocate.xml against that in the tutorial posted in the forum and it is identical except for the appropiate drive letters. Can anyone assist?

I would interact with the tutorial's author in the comments section to get specialized help on this.

I'm sorry I don't have the link because I stopped linking it after users had problems, and still believe it might be easier to move the User account or active User folders after install:
User Folders - Change Default Location
User Profile - Change Default Location
