First backup all important documents to USB disk or stick!

Since you don't describe exactly what is happening and which services fail and with what error, it's difficult to troubleshoot.

A repair install is only possible with a greek win7 dvd as far as I know. But you can try anyway if it works and if it solves all problems. Repair Install

You can also do a clean install Clean Install Windows 7
But delete the old win7 partition (as shown in step 8) and install in the now unallocated space. Your acer driver are normally located in C:\OEM\Preload\Autorun\DRV do you have that folder? You need to have network card driver installed to get on the network and install updates.

Best thing for you to do is "restore factory defaults" so all is working immediately.

But first check if your disk is healthy using http://support.wdc.com/download/note...ease_Notes.pdf do the quick test first. then exended test
Can be downloaded on WD Support / Downloads / SATA & SAS / WD VelociRaptor
