NOTE: Check your manufacturer's uEFI/BIOS firmware manual for settings.

Make sure CSM is ENABLED, & set to UEFI boot.

Things to check, Make sure you are doing, Work down this list
    1) setting BIOS.
    2) doing Step 11
    3) booting DVD/USB in UEFI mode.
    4) using a USB 2.0 port.
    5) using Windows 7 x64.

Yeah, my BIOS is set such that UEFI is enabled, but secure boot is disabled. I made sure to do step 11 when creating the USB install drive. I booted the USB in UEFI mode, and am using the USB 2.0 port, and both .ISOs I tried are win7x64 SP1. It successfully loads the windows files, but freezes on the "Starting Windows" splash screen, before it loads the language settings.

If all else fails, what always works for everyone who's tried it is to Bypass UEFI to Install WIn7
I was able to install win7 in legacy mode, I just wanted to see if I could get it working with UEFI.
