You have a piece of hardware that is corrupting the install. it will continue to do so untill you figure it which one it is and fix it. are you running anything unusual like a raid, or overclocking, or something? dis connect anything external that isn't actually critical like external HD, card readers, etc
ken
no i dont run anything unusual. i just have mobo (already installed latest bios) + cpu + video card(already tryed with another one, no other result) + hdd + dvd reader and dvd burner and 2 gb of ram.
nothing more.
i tryed to disable "cached bios" from bios setup, but i still get BSOD..
other bios fethures that can cause problems?

Did you have an OS on this computer before win 7? did it work?
the bad pool header, and several of the other messages refer to corrupt memory
it works!! i installed seven finally!
i disable one bios feature called "cool and silent" (and bios caching) and all work smoothly
yeah, i had Xp, and i have ubuntu and freebsd working on the same hdd..
seven have to address better those problems, every time i got one different BSOD error ..
What I think reading all the above posts is that your image is corrupted of windows 7 and you will need to take a different image of it !
Just while installation install Windows 7 ultimate version as it contains all the features....
