So it goes something like this,

    1. Wipe XP HDD with clean command
    2. Unplug windows 7 hdd from the sata port and swap it over to the XP's
    3. Install XP with windows 7 hdd unplugged.

C can be unplugged after powering down, after wiping the XP HD with Clean command or doing it from the Win7 Repair CD after XP is unplugged.

I'd plug XP HD into the 1st SATA port to give it every advantage. I dont' know what port Disk6 is using but it's way down the list which is unusual.

Otherwise only insert the Win7 Repair CD if Win7 won't boot.

If you get the error again then it is likely the XP flash stick installer, so either make another one or use an XP CD with SP3 for your exact licensed version and specific to either OEM or not.

Why is it that you cannot use XP 64 bit if it installs OK? You should be able to find drivers for your hardware online at the PC or Device's Support Downloads webpage.

    I don't know, the driver just wouldn't install :\

There won't be any letter issue once the HD is wiped. If install proceeds full format a partition during install.

Did you install all Important and Optional Windows Updates with the webcam plugged in and turned on, before installing any other drivers? You may need the LAN driver to get online, but none other until all Updates are installed.

Did you try the driver provided here: Creative Worldwide Support

Uh, no. I couldn't even get the webcam working before. I only got it working on a virtual machine. That Creative webcam doesn't support OSes beyond XP. So.. yeah. And I don't have any floppies installed.

What is the reason for changing from XP 64 bit to 32 bit. Is this because of the webcam?
