OK Dave, please do the following:
- Boot that other PC
- Uninstall (deactivate) product key as told in this post
- Reboot it to desktop to see it really tells you it is no longer activated
- Boot the the PC you are trying to Anytime Upgrade
- "Clean" the PC > Disk Cleanup - Open and Use
- Reboot again
- Try again Anytime Upgrade with your key
Come back here if it didn't work and we'll figure something else.
