How Do I Dual Boot Windows 7 and Leopard 10.5.7?

I currently have a Windows 7 (64 bit) desktop and I want to dual boot it with Leopard 10.5.7. I've look at many tutorials but I cant get the setup disk to work properly. I have provided my PC specs below, hopefully someone can tell me whether my PC is compatible with dual booting with Leopard 10.5.7 if it is, could you provide me with the correct steps on how to get it done.

    CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K
    GPU: ATI Radeon HD7770
    Motherboard: ASRock PRO4-M
Hard Drives: Samsung 250GB and Seagate 1TB
    RAM: 8GB

If you need more information then please just ask me.

Be aware that installing any Apple OS on non-Apple hardware is a violation of the EULA.
    Here is a link:
    http://www.apple.com/legal/sla/docs/...rd_sec_upd.pdf

    From Section 2:
You agree not to install, use or run the Apple Software on any non-
Apple-branded computer, or to enable others to do so.
