Post a shot of disk management here for us, glad you got it done.

Much easier for us to look at pics uploaded directly to the site, and easy to do.

To answer your question, by running startup repair on disc 0 all your boot files are now on C and you don`t need a system reserved partition.

Format disc1 like I told you, if you haven`t already.
