It's all in the tutorial you said you were reading.

Personally what I would do, and have, is do a full fresh install after you have all the new hardware installed, install your security and do the Windows Updates. (Per tutorial)
Now I would start installing my previous software and rebooting between them to get the registry in order.
OK, now you are confusing me, have you installed Windows on the new hard drive on the new motherboard yet or do you still have to purchase the new hard drive ?
If that`s the case, then, as stated by Greg, everything is in the tutorial. The only driver you should be concerned with right now and very important, is your network driver for the new install, you need that to get online to start running windows update and get to the web, you should have that driver on a flash drive or cd just in case windows doesn`t install it.
I was shocked when windows did not have the network driver for my brand new MSI board, but it was on the cd, and I have 8 pc`s I could have used to get it.
Yup, the LAN driver needs to come from the CD or some external device, w7 has none as far as I know.
Some wireless and even more ethernet adapters will be provided drivers during install. But it's always best to have the one you rely upon in your back up so you can get online quickly to run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates. Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3)
Then you'll likely only have a few drivers still missing in Device Manager you can import from the Support Downloads webpage for the PC or device model. Driver Install - Device Manager
