You need to follow this, and report the outcome, then post the new MGADIAG report:

It wont do anything with the tamper there, Golden :)

    @adriansam....

Please run a full CHKDSK and SFC scan....

Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click on the Command Prompt entry
Select Run as Administrator and accept the UAC prompt - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up.

    At the Command prompt, type

    CHKDSK C: /R

    and hit the Enter key.
You will be told that the drive is locked,
and the CHKDSK will run at he next boot - hit the Y key, press Enter, and then reboot.

The CHKDSK will take a few hours depending on the size of the drive, so be patient!

After the CHKDSK has run, Windows should boot normally (possibly after a second auto-reboot) -
    then run the SFC.

SFC -System File Checker - Instructions
Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click on the Command Prompt entry
Select Run as Administrator and accept the UAC prompt - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up.

    At the Command prompt, type

    SFC /SCANNOW

    and hit the Enter key

Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.

Copy the CBS.log file created (C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log) to your desktop (you can't manipulate it directly) and then compress the copy and upload it to your SkyDrive Public folder (http://skydrive.live.com ) and post a link to it so that I can take a look.

Post a new MGADiag report with details of any error messages encountered.

OEM loader sounds like an activation exploit used to bootleg Win7. We not only don't support that here but it can get you banned to even discuss it if you are not working with us to get rid of it.

If you have a Lenovo laptop then it comes preinstalled with Windows that has a license you own for the life of the PC. There's no reason to use a bootleg OS on it

If Lenovo Factory Recovery will not run from its partition at boot, or using Recovery disks you should have made when you set it up, then follow these steps to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 for the licensed version with the Product Key on the COA sticker.

That's the point I am making. "Loader" is a loaded word here which sets off piracy alarms.

If you still have a Recovery partition left on your laptop you can try running it: How to use the pre-boot service partition to recover your software

It may be necessary to read the Manual or look at the Product Information on the Lenovo Support Downloads webpage for your model.

Sometimes if the Recovery partition will not run using its specified method you can Mark Recovery Partition as Active (Method Two) then reboot and see if it will start, if necessary again pressing the specified key(s).

There's a chance your Recovery partition will not run. In that case your options are to order Recovery Disks from Lenovo Tech Support, or do the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. If you do the reinstall I'd delete all partitions during install as they no longer are working. There is more about this in the tutorial as well as a clean copy of the ISO to burn to DVD or write to flash stick.

If you still have a Recovery partition left on your laptop you can try running it. Find out how to do this by googling your make/model + Run Factory Recovery. This is what I find when I do this now: How to use the pre-boot service partition to recover your software

You can also read the Manual or look at the Product Information on the Lenovo Support Downloads webpage for your model.

Thanks for the first link, i think this is the answer on my question.
I cant understand the procedure about the diskette, what is it?
    have you tried this method?

What diskette? I provided you with the ISO file to burn to DVD so you have the latest clean copy of the WIn7 installer for your licensed version.

Are you wanting to run Recovery? Have you tried all the methods given? I just added another method to my post above to mark Active the Recovery partition.

It would be helpful if you'd tell us exactly what you'd like to do
, or ask further questions to help decide.

    The Volume is clean

    then

Windows resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. Details are included in the CBS.log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.
