In diskmgmt give 100mb partition letter S.
Open elevated cmd :
bcdboot c:\windows /s c:
diskpart
sel vol s
inact
exi
Then close cmd prompt and reboot

1 Change I noticed is that the tags "System" and "Active" was removed for the System Reserved partition and moved to C:/
Yes, that is how it should be. System and boot can be the same partition,that was the intention. Much easier to make images, etc.
You don't need to keep the 100mb now.

Yes, if you want to use the space for something else.So I just delete it?
