Hello Kenny,

Let's get a screenshot showing the full layout of your Disk Management screen, and we'll see if we may be able to help without you having to reinstall Windows 7.

You could do a clean install as usual first.
Clean Install Windows 7

Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version
After installation is complete, you could shrink the C: drive (Windows) by how much you want for the new partition to have it show as unallocated space. Then you would create a new partition from the unallocated space.
Partition or Volume - Shrink

Partition or Volume - Create New

You can make and use a Partition Wizard boot cd to do all your partitioning before you install windows.

It works perfectly, everytime.

Partition Wizard Bootable CD allows user to manage partition directly with partition manager bootable CD.
