       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

You can Order HP Recovery Disks from here:

Where did you get the Win7 Ultimate ISO and how is it burned to disk or written to flash stick? How do you plan to activate it?

That laptop comes with Win7 Home Premium. Using the Product Key on COA sticker on bottom of laptop you can reinstall it as often as you need. There is no reason to use Ultimate as most consumers who do not need the few extra expensive features and otherwise the OS is the same.

The error is almost always a bad ISO or installer, so do it over with the one provided for your licensed versions in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

You say in your first post that you're using WIndows 7 Ultimate . But Family Pack for use on 3 PC's (at a time) is only offered for Home Premium

In any case you should install the licensed version which came with the PC. Download and burn to DVD the installer provided in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 then follow the steps in the blue link to get and keep a perfect install. Pay attention to how drivers are handled in Win7 because it is not at all like XP.
