This error has something to do with your network.
One of the very few things I could find on this error code.
"Investigate your network and try to find out what has changed"

Are you using a wireless router?
What type?
Check if you have the latest driver for it.

Try this... copy the files from your installation DVD to the partition that you made and run the setup.exe from there... let us know what happens...
