Questions about Installing Windows on Vaio Laptop

My HDD started acting up after doing a Windows Update last month (extremely slow startup and sound driver went corrupt. I think other drivers went corrupt too but those reinstalled automatically successfully. Also, Malwarebytes and Trend Micro scans found nothing but took a long time too.) so I'm looking for SSD deals right now. I have a few questions, specifically regarding the Vaio Recovery tool:

    1. Is it too late to make a Vaio Recovery disc?

    2. Can I "burn" it to a USB flash drive instead, since a DVD drive wouldn't be there?

    3. Will I be able to use the recovery "disc" to install on a brand new SSD?

Sorry if these are easy questions but I've never reinstalled Windows before I'm using a Vaio VPCCB190X with 64bit Windows 7 Home Premium with SP1. I'm on a different computer as I type this but if you need more details I'll try to answer ASAP.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm not asking about a clean install, I'm asking about reinstalling to factory settings on an SSD using Vaio Recovery.

If you can burn the recovery disc, you should be able to use that for a SSD reinstallation. However, a clean install as recommended by VistaKing would be my preferred solution too. especially Sony blesses you with a lot of useless bloatware that will only eat space on your SSD.
