       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Have you tried pressing <Alt+F10> at boot up, to goto the Acer eRecovery Management.

You can order Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from your OEM manufacturer's website.

You can also do the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

You'll need a readable Product Key on the COA sticker on bottom. Use the installer for the licensed version listed on the sticker, with SP1 and Media Refresh.
