    Building a system image

My company has decided to upgrade all the PC's in the company. We have roughly 60 PC's that will be changed out in the next month or two. I am being charged with all the set ups, we are more of a P2P network.

Is it possible to create a system image from one of the PC's and use it to install on the rest of the new computers we get? I can't see my self having to physically set up all 50+ computers, updating, installing our software, and setting up the user accounts on each PC.

If the machines are all networked the usual way to do it is via site licensing and creating a boot disk that automatically logs onto the network. You select the option to install and the installer runs over the network. How it's implemented I do not know. That's what IT guys are for. The licensed image is on the server that the boot disk connects to.

As example to install OS/2 on a machine I was given a boot diskette. When I booted it a text menu came up asking what I wanted to install. I chose the number corresponding to OS/2. It did the rest.
