There should be a sticker on the machine with the key. Might be under the battery on a laptop. As you have a desktop, it should be on the case somewhere.

Ok read and understood what to do but where can I get a windows disc or USB??
And yes red I need to return my computer to the way I got it without any savings because I shared the computer and now its myn only and I want to have him like new.
If you are reinstalling a Factory OEM then you should be following the second tutorial I posted which has the installer provided in first step.

But first you must find the COA sticker on the machine. If Win7 came preinstalled then there will be one. Did it??

Please tell us your make and model of PC. It should be on a sticker on the PC.

I also asked you to look for the COA sticker which tells your licensed Windows version and Product Key. With that key you can do the Clean Reinstall OEM.

If you only want to reset your PC to factory settings to start over fresh with everything except your files and data - which you need to back up separately - then we will give you the steps if you reply with the requested information.
